Yelena + Leo | Wedding Bits

We love to tell stories with our cameras, and when we share weddings on our blog, we start with getting ready photos in the morning and take you through the entire wedding day. Of course we capture important moments like the first kiss,  but we’re often more excited about snippets like the bride ducking into a car with an umbrella on the way to the ceremony, Mom tearing up during vows, and guests reactions to a hilarious toast from the best man.

We wish we could share every wedding story on the blog, but ultimately we shoot too many weddings to blog everything. We decided that it would be okay to share a quick post from some weddings, because something is better than nothing. And thus, we’re starting a series called “Wedding Bits”. In this post, you’ll find some of our favorite bridal portraits from the day, along with a few wedding details to give you a feel for the day and the couple’s style.

Yelena and Leo were married in Federal Way, Washington on a beautiful summer day. Yelena stole the show with her beautiful long-sleeved gown, and Leo treated her like a princess all day. Enjoy a glimpse of their sweet day.

Alena + Artem Married | Sacramento, CA

Alena and Artem both have such big hearts and treated us and everyone at their wedding like family. When we met them for the first time on the morning of their wedding, we were instant friends. Alena’s dad runs a catering company and they prepared the biggest (and most delicious) spread we’ve ever seen. It’s obvious that generosity runs in the family. It was an honor to be there for them on their wedding day.
